SápmiDem has been creating reels for Instagram and Facebook. FPIC, or Free Prior and Informed Consent is a dense topic with little material available in northern Sámi language. Work Package leader Rauna Kuokkanen has been creating nmberous reels that dives in to that FPIC is and how and why it is relevant to indigenous peoples. Indigenous Peoples globally are applying and operationalising FPIC protocols to advance their rights and self-determination. New reels have been coming out weekly since February 6th.
